Why breathwork for corporates? Breathwork is one of the most evidence-supported and immediately accessible tools available for stress management and nervous system regulation. Unlike many wellness interventions, it requires no equipment, no prior experience, and no significant time commitment. The techniques learned in a single session can be used in a meeting room, before a presentation, or at a desk.

How long are your workshops? My existing offerings are 60 minutes.

How do I know which workshop is right for my team? We'll start with a conversation for me to understand your team's current challenges, your goals for the session, and what would be most useful. From there I can recommend the right format and content.
