Three Pathways
For those seeking space to reflect, process, grow, and feel deeply empowered.
I bring a decade of clinical experience in mental health, alongside my training as a breathwork facilitator, to offer a space to identify, challenge, and grow. Together, we'll find the approach that fits you best:
Psychotherapy
We gently surface the patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck. Combining a range of evidence-based practices (CBT, EMDR, IFS etc), we explore not just what is happening, but where it comes from, tracing things back to earlier experiences, relationships, and the stories you've been carrying for longer than you realise.
This may be for you if you're experiencing racing thoughts, low mood, irritability, or chronic stress, noticing recurrent patterns in your relationships or behaviours that feel difficult to change, relying on coping mechanisms that are not serving you, or navigating a significant life transition. If you have a sense that unresolved experiences may be affecting your ability to function and grow, this work may be a valuable next step.
Breathwork
You don't need to find the words. Your body already knows.
Through guided breathing techniques, we work directly with the nervous system, accessing what the mind can struggle to process through language alone. Stored emotion, physical tension, and chronic activation patterns that have built up over time can all be addressed through the breath. Sessions are tailored to your needs, drawing on a range of breathwork techniques from regulated, grounding practices to deeper respiratory work. No prior experience is required.
This may support you if your nervous system feels dysregulated (fatigue, brain fog, body tension, sleep disturbance), you are 'on edge' without a clear trigger, or feel disconnected from yourself.
Breathwork-Informed Psychotherapy
What if growth didn't have to be one or the other? This is my signature integrated approach; it weaves together the cognitive depth of talk therapy with the somatic release of breathwork, engaging the left and right brain together. We don't just talk about what happened, we feel it, move through it, and release it, so that insight becomes real felt change.
Many people come to this after years of therapy that brought understanding but not quite enough shift. Others arrive knowing something deeper is asking to be explored. This approach holds space for both.
It may be right for you if you understand your patterns but still feel stuck in them, if your body seems to be holding more than your mind has been able to process, or if you're ready for something more integrative.

Questions
1 /
What should I expect from a one-to-one session? Each session is unique. We begin by evaluating your current position, understanding your motivations and challenges. Then, together, we create a tailored plan that addresses areas for growth and supports you in reaching your therapeutic goals. Expect reflection, skill building, pattern recognition, and creating behavioural change through evidence-based practices.
2 /
Will my insurance cover this? Many insurance providers cover mental health support, but coverage depends on your policy. Some providers require a referral letter, others don't. Ember invoices specify the nature of this work.
3 /
What if I feel nervous, resistant, or unsure about the process? It’s completely natural to feel resistance when stepping into something new—especially when it involves deep inner work. Healing isn’t about pushing through or forcing yourself forward; it’s about meeting yourself where you are with kindness. If you’re feeling hesitation, we can explore it together. There’s no right or wrong way to begin—only a willingness to listen to what’s present and move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
4 /
How do I know which pathway is best for me? You don’t need to decide before we begin. Some people feel drawn to talk therapy and reflection, while others want to explore a more embodied approach through breathwork. Many find that a blend of both creates a deeper, more integrated healing experience. We can discuss what feels most aligned for you and adapt as we go.
